Information
Deposits and Seating: Deposits and prices are per person. Deposits must be in our office no later than 10 days from sign-up or reservation will be cancelled. All final payments must be received in our office no later than the due date or be subject to cancellation. Seating on coach is assigned when your final payment is received.
Last Minute Signup: If you are interested in a trip, but the final payment date has passed, please call to check availability.
Price Per Person will change when a roommate cancels and your accommodation type changes.
Charter Cancellation Refunds: Full refund when cancellation is made 35 days prior to departure date.
Tour Cancellation Refunds: Full refund on most tours when cancelled 35 days prior to departure date, except for any charges levied by our suppliers on your behalf. Some tours can be up to 90 days prior to departure date. Please refer to individual motorcoach tour itineraries for final cancellation date.
Travel Insurance is Available. Please make your insurance purchase the same day you make the deposit, pre-existing medical conditions will apply if you enroll in the protection plan more than 10 days after making your initial trip deposit.
Luggage: Due to state regulations, we are required to cross scales in some states. One (1) bag per person (45 lbs. max.) will be handled by the hotel. You may bring one small overnight bag, which will be your personal responsibility, to be placed in the overhead compartment or under the coach.
Shawnee Trails Reserves the Right to change any part of a tour and is not responsible for changes from our suppliers and acts of God or construction delays, or terrorism. If a tour is going in your direction, every effort will be made to pick you up closer to your area. Please let us know.
Final Tour Information and Documents are mailed approximately 10 days before departure.
Please Note: If you have a disability that prevents your independence, you must be accompanied by a travel companion who will assume full responsibility for your care and mobility.
